Trained social workers meet with the client and their family members to coordinate services that may be brought into the home for a safe and more comfortable independent living environment

HOME Services

Provides support in the home for older adults. Support may include but not limited to housekeeping, errand running, meal preparation, personal care, bathing and companionship from trained staff.
