Every month, the Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging offers more than 50 activities ranging from fitness, learning, arts, recreation, and events. Here’s an overview of the action here at Four Pointes.
A program that emphasizes improvement in mobility with a focus on movements that slowly build the muscles that surround painful, weakened joints.
An ancient system of blending breathing and movement to improve your balance and coordination. Beginning class is also offered.
This gentle class is accessible to almost all members. Class works with breath and movement, easier and modified postures, body awareness, gentle stretching and strengthening, and relaxation.
An energetic 30-minute low impact chair aerobic class. Enjoy exercises designed to improve your flexibility, range of motion, strength and aerobic endurance.
A low impact fitness class that develops strength, flexibility, muscle tone and endurance. All fitness levels welcome.
This 45-minute program will challenge your cardiovascular and strength endurance. Incorporating conditioning exercises that use your body weight in addition to exercise balls, bands and hand weights, you will be working up a sweat in no time.
This 8-week session brings everything back to the basics. You will learn basic steps and build confidence.
Fun fitness dance class covering the techniques of line dancing with the goal of a more flexible and fit body. Beginning class also offered.

This sport combines the elements of badminton, tennis and table tennis, and is played on a court with the same dimensions as a badminton court.

Pilates is a system of controlled exercises that engage the mind and condition the total body. A blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture and reduces stress. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.
