Membership Assistance Application

Thanks to the Janet Briegel Scholarship Fund, Four Pointes can assist independent individuals 60+ residing in northern Ottawa County in attaining an annual Four Pointes Wellness Center membership. Assistance is subject to review by the Coordinator of Senior Programs and will be reassessed annually.
