About Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging
Our Mission and Vision
If you’re looking to learn about Four Pointes, here’s the heart of who we are. Four Pointes Center for Successful Aging is a nonprofit community hub in Grand Haven, Michigan, serving older adults (60+) across North Ottawa County with holistic wellness, learning, social and support services. Our senior center mission is to help older adults stay active, connected and independent through accessible programs that nurture mind, body, and community. This commitment shapes our mission and vision across everything we offer—from group fitness and creative arts to Medicare counseling and in‑home support.
Early in your journey, you can explore our programs to see how fitness, arts, recreation, transportation, equipment loans and assistance services fit together to support successful aging.
What guides our work
- Whole‑person wellness across physical, social, intellectual, and emotional health
- Welcoming spaces where every member feels seen and supported
- Practical help—like rides, equipment loans, and in‑home services—when it matters most
- Trusted guidance through Medicare/Medicaid counseling and resource referrals
Together, these principles ensure our mission and vision translate into meaningful, everyday support for our members and neighbors.

Success Stories and Testimonials
We routinely hear from members who have discovered new strength in a class, formed lasting friendships over coffee or cards, or found peace of mind after connecting to supportive services. We’re gathering formal success stories and testimonials to feature here.
