Join instructor Kathy for a fun high impact TABATA workout where you are sure to break a sweat. For this workout you will need to be near a counter top, wall, chair, or another stable surface to hold onto just in case. Small hand weights or canned goods are optional =). Make sure your space is free of clutter and safe for exercising. Remember when working out at home-never push yourself past your limit, take frequent breaks (it is okay to stop and start the video!), stay hydrated and HAVE FUN!
